| | Shipping and Handling | | Shipping and handling charges are determined by the weight of your order and the UPS shipping tables. You will have several options from ground delivery to next day delivery. We primarily use UPS, but may substitute Airborne or USPS. Costs are provided to you during the check out process. Online products do not have a shipping charge, however there is typically a $1 set-up fee (referred to handling during check out), which may be present on some products. Track information is available on all shipped products. |
| | Exchanges & Returns | | Center for Internal Change, Inc. accepts the return of a purchased item if it is returned to Center for Internal Change, Inc.
within 15 days and the product has remained undamaged and is in perfect (new)
condition. If the item has been opened or damaged, and/or it is past 15 days of
purchase, we will not accept the product for any exchange or refund. If there is
a refund a restocking fee of 20% or $15, which ever is more, plus the original
and return shipping. Products taken online cannot be refunded. |
